| There are two
sports that can save your life; swimming and martial
arts. You should insist your children learn these
sports and you should learn them yourself. Hopefully
you never have to use either sport for more than fun and
fitness but if you ever find yourself in an emergency, you
and your companions will be very happy you took the time to
equip yourself.
Swimming is great for fitness
but one of the best ways to stay fit is to join a Martial
Arts Club. Something like judo or aikido is always a
